This document sets out the terms and conditions for using the website faralimite.com, operated by Asociația Ancora Valea Jiului (hereinafter "the Association"), registered at str. Tineretului, nr. 14, Municipiul Lupeni, Hunedoara County, Romania.
By accessing and using this website, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Collection and processing of personal data
Asociația Ancora Valea Jiului processes your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Romanian legislation.
Data collected through the forms on this website (contact form, newsletter subscription) may include:

- Responding to inquiries submitted through the contact form
- Sending the semi-annual impact report (newsletter), if you have subscribed

Data from contact forms is kept for a maximum of 24 months from the date the message was received, after which it is deleted. Newsletter subscription data is retained until you unsubscribe.

- Right to rectification — you may request correction of inaccurate data
- Right to erasure — you may request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")

- Right to data portability — you may receive the data you provided in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format
- Right to object — you may object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Right to withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal
